Summary:
Simon and I were originally planning to do a recovery run around Brownie Land, that didn’t happen. Instead we ended up running 4.14 miles at 7:30 pace. I definitely need to start distinguishing which days are recovery and which are training runs. I don’t wanna slip into injury.
Body: Can’t wait to water jog tomorrow.
