6 miles - Recovery

Summary: I wanted to do a long run today but ended up running with some high school friends at recovery pace. It’s probably good for me to take a recovery day today and grind a hard day tomorrow because I can’t run Wednesday-Friday. Ideally I would like to do 9 miles tomorrow, I might be forced to do those miles in the gym considering there is supposed to be a crazy thunderstorms.
