7 miles - 7:36 pace

Summary: The pace of my 7 miler is actually quite deceiving given that I started the first couple miles of my run off at an easy 8:00 pace. After that I started to feel a bunch better and kicked it up to 7:00 and eventually 6:30 pace for the final mile and a half. I’m hesitant to consider this my long run given that Luke’s plan demands between 8-9 miles for my true long run this week. It feels good to have a solid 11 miles done at the beginning of the week. Hopefully there’s more good to come. Tomorrow’s plan is a long recovery with some friends and hopefully a nice swim.
