Summary:
Started off running pretty fast and ended up maintaining it throughout my run. I’m slowly getting used to doing more and more miles now that we’re onto week #4. I ran from my house to 2.5 miles away on Rudsboro road and back. Felt pretty good actually despite having some ankle soreness earlier this week.
