Week #3 July 2nd-July 8th

Week #2 total mileage: 24.44 miles. The mileage and pace definitely picked up during Week #2. Instead of doing 8:00-8:30 pace we averaged around 7:00-7:30 pace and even got down to 5:00 pace at some points in runs. Although the week ended with me destroying my Hokas I’m excited that we had such a successful week pace and mileage wise. This week I plan to do similar mileage, it will be challenging considering I will be spending 4 days this week in Montreal, Canada. I’m definitely planning on packing on the miles early on in the week so that I can relax a bit while I’m in the city.
