WEEK #4 July 9th-July 15th
Week #3 was not at all what I expected. The sun was boiling hot at the beginning of the week making it difficult to run. After my long run day I developed a terrible shin split in my left leg and decided to take Tuesday off. Wednesday was the 4th of July. Thursday I spent the majority of the day driving and barely got any miles in. Same with Friday. Saturday I managed to run a few miles through the tight city blocks of Montreal. All this time I was walking 4-5 miles a day if not more to avoid going absolutely broke on Uber fares. And Sunday I decided that I may as well cut my losses after an exhausting day of travel and start THIS WEEK, Week #4 well rested and determined to meet if not exceed my mileage.

Cross training 3 x 30 minutes

8 miles - long run
